Mr. Glatzer is a founding Principal of Metro Management which began operations in 1985.

Mr. Jeffrey Glatzer joined Jerome Belson Associates, Inc. in October 1975, as Controller, and in 1981 became Senior Vice president and Treasurer.  His duties were to oversee and ensure the financial integrity and accuracy of records for the over forty housing companies, and 25,000 apartments managed.  Mr. Glatzer also made sure that all of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), and Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) financial requirements were met.  Mr. Glatzer supervised the performance of more than forty-five staff members in the financial area.  He reported directly to Mr. Belson on all housing company financial matters.  He was also involved and consulted on overall corporate policy. He continues this financial oversight of Metro’s managed portfolio.

Prior to joining Jerome Belson Associates Inc., he was employed by Kandel Schaeffer Co., CPAs, for ten years.  He began as a junior accountant and advanced to senior staff accountant.

Mr. Glatzer is a graduate of Adelphi University, where he received his B.B.A. in Accounting in 1962.
